Ammonia snow lines and ammonium salts desorption

چکیده
Context. The nitrogen reservoir in planetary systems is a long standing problem. Part of the N-bearing molecules probably incorporated into ice bulk during cold phases stellar evolution, and may be gradually released gas phase when heated, such as active comets. chemical nature N-reservoir should greatly influence how, what form N returns to phase, or refractory material forming bodies. Aims. We present study thermal desorption two ammonium salts: formate acetate from gold surface water substrate. Methods. Temperature-programmed experiments Fourier transform infrared reflection spectroscopy were conducted investigate behavior salts. Results. Ammonium salts are semi-volatile species releasing neutral major components upon desorption, that ammonia corresponding organic acid (HCOOH CH3COOH), at temperatures higher than temperature ice. Their follows first-order Wigner-Polanyi law. find first order kinetic parameters A = 7.7 $\pm$ 0.6 $\times$ 10$^{15}$ s$^{-1}$ E$_{bind}$ 68.9 0.1 kJ~mol$^{-1}$ for 3.0 0.4 10$^{20}$ 83.0 0.2 acetate. presence substrate does not kinetics. Ammonia locked desorb much previously expected usually attributed materials. Conclusions. snow-line has smaller radius snow-line. As result, NH3/H2O ratio content solar system bodies can hint where they formed subsequently migrated.

Ammonia content of canine blood after oral administration of ammonium salts and ammonia.
VENULET [1934] was the first to observe that NH3 administered orally renders the blood system actually more acid. The researches of Venulet et al. [1936] showed that there was a fall in the alkali reserve of the blood after oral and intravenous administration of NH3. These researches established a hitherto unexpected influence of added NH3 on the chemical composition of the blood in the living ...
متن کاملOrganometallics and quaternary ammonium salts affect calcium ion desorption from lecithin liposome membranes.
The objective of the present work was to compare the effects of groups of tin and lead organometallic compounds and their mixtures with amphiphilic quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) on the process of calcium ion desorption from lecithin liposome membranes, as dependent on the properties of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts of QAS. In the investigations the method of radioactive labels was app...

In the course of stuidies of ammonia absorption from the gastrointestinal tract in cirrlhosis it was notedl that the hiiglhest arterial ammonia levels were achieved slhortly after oral ingestioni of ammonium clhloride. Peak values usually occurred witlhin 15 min of adnministration. The rapid appearance time of the zenith was surprising in view of previous studies of ammonia tolerance, whiclh lh...
